HW1: Background of Survey

There are lots of articles in my blog site that discuss about the k to 12 implemented in the Philippines. I spend hours, days, and weeks researching about k to 12 education program and discovered things that gives me knowledge about my study. I have read experts opinions, articles and news about my topic then post it to my blog. I have learned that the K to 12 was implemented to the students who will enter as a Grade 1 this year. And also they clarify that the k to 12 program is not a 12 years but a 13 years of a program on education. It includes the kindergarten, Grade 1 to 6, 4 years of junior high school and then another 2 years of senior high school. What I do not know about my topic if some school has already implemented k to 12 to their curriculum and if Filipino like this program to be implemented.

The final draft of Chapter 1 of my paper is done and I need to proceed to my Chapter 2 of my study. To help me finish chapter 2, I need to conduct surveys to people who I think can help me to my research paper. I made survey questions for students, teachers, parents, or people who have knowledge and can give opinion to my topic. I will conduct a survey to at least 20-50 people which I think I can find answers/ideas on what am I looking for. These survey questions are can be answered for at least 5-15 minutes.

I have prepared a survey questions for those people. Questions like what are their opinion about the k to 12 here in the Philippines, which is better k to 12 or the 10 year program, possible effects to the students who will graduate from k to 12, effects to the Philippines, thought on “education leads to innovation”, and how do they define k to 12 program.

After conducting this survey, I assume that my respondents will in favour upon implementing the k to 12 program. They have faith that our country is ready to this program, this program will produce more competitive graduates, and this program will lead Philippines to innovation. However, there are no graduates from this program in the Philippines yet. So, we cannot exactly tell what it will be.

if you want to take my survey question this is the link:
