COVER LETTER

Dear respondents:

I am a college student under the direction of Mr. Dustin Celestino in the English Resource Center at Asia Pacific College.  I am conducting a research study entitled “PHILIPPINE EDUCATION: K to 12 Program”.  The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of k to 12 program that differs from the 10 year program.

Your participation will involve answering my survey questionnaire and should only take about at least 10-15 minutes of your time.  Your involvement in the study is voluntary, and you may choose not to participate or to stop at any time.  The results of the research study may be published, but your name will not be used.  Your identity will not be associated with your responses in any published format.

The findings from this project will provide information on effects of this program whether it is a positive outcome or even negative outcome, with no cost to you other than the time it takes for the survey.
